Great customer service!

This is the only company I have found that answers their phones, even after 5 . I hate getting a recorded message, they respond anytime, and any day. Professional, friendly and easy to work with. Their prices are the best I have found. I am so glad I found this exceptional company.

There service is very prompt. Pricing is very fair . I called many other company's and sure they will come out and give you a bid. Bid is what they want to charge you, or get away with. I Don't like that. Not much more I can say. Upfront and to the point

Had a house drain issue and within 2 hours Cashe was on the scene, asked lots of questions and came up with a way to isolate the siutation and a plan of attack. Had Drain Tech out to High Pressure Jett our pipes due to large root growth, Sean Came out and did a fantastic job! Not only did he clean out ALL of the roots, he saved us from replacing our sewer pipe. I have found my new Plumber.!

We spent most of the day shopping around and several companies had recommended Drain Tech, I was impressed with the service we received and the price was good. They took care of our sewer main roots and showed us what our pipes looked like with a camera. The pipe was spotless. I will be recommending Drain Tech to all my friends and family...

Sean performed a maintenance cleaning this Fall on a storm drain with the jet and snaked another drain for me for no additional cost. I am very pleased with the results and with his service. We then had a sewer main block which overflowed into the house. We called Drain Tech and Trevor responded quickly and took care of the roots in the line. I highly recommend these folks!

Nice to deal with and honest prices!

Called for hours to try and find someone to locate my septic tank for a reasonable price. Drain Tech said it was no problem. The price was less than everyone else's. They Located and found the tank. Very nice people to deal with.

Called today to have sewer line unclogged. Drain Tech showed up and cleared the line and their price was what they said it would be! also cleared my bathtub at no charge.

Contacted Drain Tech for sewer back-up, they quoted be the best price and was at my house with in the hour. The Technician was neat clean and polite. Cleaned up after his self and the best part is all of their work is guaranteed! I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and family. Had to come back 3 times in 2 day's. Tech didn't seem knowledgeable so i talked to his boss and was told to use roto rooter, next time i will.

Best service ever and Bryan was very courteous! Had the main drain cleaned 130 feet to the road in 15 min. Guaranteed their work and were here in less than the estimated travel time. No hidden fees. Great to find that kind of integrity.

I just used Drain Tech today (Friday). Our kitchen sink started to show signs of a clog in the morning and by the afternoon it completely stopped draining. I called other plumbers and was told that it would be Monday before they could come out, unless I wanted to pay more. Fortunately for me, I came across Drain Tech on Dex and called at 5:30pm on Friday night. They were willing to come out that same night and the cost was not increased. Their tech did an excellent job, was professional and explained everything to us. The drain was cleared quickly and we are back in business! I will recommend them to everyone I know.
