Went there for a long time but kept having issues with work they did. Fillings would come out, crowns not on right, etc... and myself, husband and our kids all went there. Not anymore. They charge more than most other places (we've called around). They refused to do crowns on my son who had enamel issues from birth and he was 4. They wanted to pull his front teeth. Uh, no. So we went somewhere else and he now has a beautiful full smile. I too have heard the office staff up front bad talking customers/clients/patients that they had just talked on the phone with while I was waiting for my son to get his braces tightened. Not a great environment. Only reason we still go is because my son's braces are paid for and they aren't off yet. Only have to take him there for tightening for another 9 months. Or else we would take him elsewhere.

Front desk help was terrible. Total waste of time and money. Dr. Brown was great! She said that she would work me in before my insurance runs out...I go out to make an apt and they refuse to get me in for a month! Refused to even confirm with Dr. Brown saying that she would work me in. I will not be going back which they are so busy I am sure they don't care because that is excatly how they acted and treated me.

I enjoy going to your office but I recently have a weird experience, I went in on a Tuesday, had a crown done and the assistant was more worried about talking to the other assistant about the new weight loss cleanse she was doing and flirting with the dentist, her bed side manor was not good at all, I chopped it up to a bad day for them. When I went back for a filling on a Wednesday, I had another assistant who was awesome, her bed side manor was great she was worried about me, and took care of me. So if I have to say anything about this office is, if you want to learn about the latest weight loss cleanses go on a Tuesday, or if you want someone to care for you and make you feel the way a dental office should make you feel go any other day!!

I have gone to this office for years now. I am very happy with the outcome every time. My husband, children and grandchildren go here as well. The staff is very friendly and personable. I like how they seem to know me when I walk in the door. I also have a heart condition which requires premedicating and they are very thorough to make sure I have taken the meds before they work on me. I would highly recommend this office to everyone I know....I do recommend this office...My parents and siblings go there as well.

This office is very friendly and patient with my kids. They take the time to explain what they are doing. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. They doctors are very detailed in their work. It is also nice that the whole family can be seen at the same time. Thank you Hillfield Pediatric & Family Dentistry

My appointment was at 9am and by 10:15 the dentist was still busy with other patients! They also insisted I take antibiotics because I had surgery on my head OVER A YEAR AGO. Antibiotics make me vomit for 24 hours. Because I would not take antibiotics they refused to clean my teeth. I would have been more than happy to sign a waiver protecting them if something happened. My Neurologist said it was not necessary for me to take antibiotics for a simple dental cleaning. The Hygienist stated that because the cleaning will be dealing with blood that it's necessary to take antibiotics. When I clean my own teeth at home, sometimes my gums bleed and yet I don't take antibiotics on a daily basis and I’m okay! They have lost my business and I plan on telling family members NOT to go there!

They wont replace a cap on my 14 yr old son that they did 4 yrs ago.Insurance wont cover it unless it has been longer than 5 yrs. Shouldn't a cap last longer than 4 yrs. And it's a front tooth which has to be taken care of right away. Over 1000.00 out of pocket for crappy work in the first place.

Obvious fighting among the co-workers. Racist comments towards Hispanic employees from other employees. Very unprofessional. They made me pay 600.00 upfront and I later found out that they could have offered me payment options but didn't.

They are so accomidating, and the whole family can be seen at once even for my kids braces
