worst body shop ever!!! had to go in four times for them to get it right/
2 sets of photos
8 phone calls and then they have the audacity to tell me they know what there doing!!!
and this was just for an estimate!! trash trash trash and rude to boot.
do your self a favor go some where elese!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my car in for repair due to vandalism. After I had picked up my car I washed it the next opportunity of good weather. I took it to the hand wash (as ALWAYS, no brushes and ONLY microfiber shammy to dry) , I found noticeable hairline scratches in multiple places in my paint on other areas of my car that were not there before I took it to Crazy Color for the vandalism repair work, I know this because I washed it the day before I took it to them. I took the car back and pointed out the new scratches and they said they would buff them out as "they want the customer to be happy". After scheduling the buffing job and them cancelling on me, I worked patiently with them for 3 weeks, they finally took the car in to buff. I picked up the car then next day and they only buffed their repair work from the original vandalism, but not the other areas they said they would buff out the scratches claiming they cannot. They returned my car back to me FILTHY. The bottom line is, they damage my paint job, lied to me about fixing the scratches they put in my car not honoring their word to repair what THEY did, claiming they were not responsible.

My dad and sister have both have had their vehicles repaired here and I have twice as well (about to be three times). They have done the highest quality work every time and me and my family members have always been extremely satisfied. I will never take my car anywhere else for collision repair.

Im happy I didn't look at the reviews here. My sister crashed my car and a friend told me to take it to Crazy Color. So, I did and loved it.



Thanks for the amazing body repair work on my car. I hope I never have to go back to a body shop but if my car is in a crash again. You bet I will have it repaired there. Not only do they had great skills on making your car look new again but they have great customer service and very friendly too. They took great care of me and my car.



I know the reviews are old down there "04/01/2010" and 01/14/2010 but the reviews are far from what I experienced dealing with crazy color for a month my car was there. They should of been mad, rude and changed me for storage. They took my car apart and did the estimate but because my car insurance or I never given them the ok to start repairing my car. My car sat there inside the shop away from the weather for 3 weeks. They were totally fine with that. They told me if I needed the car, they would put it back together and I can pick it up whenever I needed it. Once my insurance did give them the yes to fix the car, it was done in the same week.



This is a very honest, non-rude, friendly shop with great skills and customer service.

I have only received a quote from Crazy Colors and they were very good about providing that quote for me. I like the fact that Crazy Colors is easy to find just off of Hwy 193 east of Hill Airforce Base.
