I trusted my piano with Specialized Piano, Inc however it was damaged during the move. The owner did not repair the damage Specialized Piano, Inc caused.

I had my Piano moved by Specialized Piano Inc and it was damaged and I was promised they would fix it. To date it has not been repaired even though I was told they had insurance. The owner admits there is damage and I understand he wants his mover to pay for the repairs. Please be careful if you use them.

Thanks you so much for the piano, it is wonderful and in great tune!! I am really enjoying it already.. Seems a little weird to not have the deep tone of the upright grand but I will trade this in eventually on a grand. I do love the crisp notes and sound. You did a great job picking it out..
