I used this company to paint my exterior seven years ago. When i called back to get a new painting estimate I was treated with total disrespect. I arranged a date to have the new estimate made. The person did not show or even call. When i called back, they arranged another date and someone finally came up. After a week of waiting i had to call and ask if they would be sending me the estimate.

It took two or three more calls to finally have someone just tell me on the phone the quote was $8300.

No details, no breakdown of the work to be done. When I asked for a breakdown they finally sent an email telling me they had bigger jobs to do, and weren't interested in mine.



Instead of simply saying up front my job was too small, they just ignored my calls.



Jeff Jaeger the owner was rude, arrogant, and totally unprofessional in handling this. Customers he was happy to do work for in the past, are now apparently not worth his time.
