Waiting room is bare, dead silent, not enough chairs or music or any media to distract you from focusing how long you wait. The quest for cars became more of a first-come first served auction-like affair, folks battling over who wants which car and who will not rent if they don't get this car or that one. Lacked a dignified business ettiquette atmosphere. Had to have my car rewashed twice to get the bugs off of it-that's three washes, they just kept doing a half-job of it. And, if you are a debit card user-you have a long form to fill out and have to show up with bills from your house and recent check stubs. Funny, since all that time-consuming rigamarole was required before they'd give me a car...they never even collected the form from me. The help seemed like young wheeler-dealers, acted like they were getting paid on commission-chasing customers outside the store to get them back inside. It just wasn't an experience I'd want to repeat. And the worst bit was..they held $250 from my checking account, charged my account $91.00 for the car rental and has yet to release back the difference. Quite unhappy! Tried to give some of my business to a local-owner enterprise, mistake, next time I'll drive back to the airport to rent where they have it all together.
