The warranty center sent my computer to this company in March of 2016 for repair - they repaired one item and sent it back. Had to send it back to them in May - they still have the computer. The computer screen will intermittently go black and come right back on - no loss of power or internet service - it does not show up on diagnostic checks because it does not loose power. They were informed that someone would have to use the computer for a day in order to see this happen. I was told they powered it up and set it NEXT to the technician while he repaired other computers. I informed then again that the tech would have to use the computer to see it happen because the black screen only last 2 to 3 seconds. Now the warranty wont cover it and now I have to pay 98 dollars to even get my computer back after I was told to send it to them. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told "that's not possible". Poor! Poor! Poor! Customer Service
