They always keep my dogs too long with no explanation and this last time they gashed into my puppy's paw and gave her razor burn on her stomach. It makes me sad that I paid all that money and my pup came out hurt. I will NOT be going back!!

My first impression ever with this company is how the girl handled my dog the first time she even touched her. Another dog came in to the waiting room and both dogs were being quiet and not aggressive at all but she feels the need to have a tight hand on my dog's leash and pull at her neck as if she was doing something wrong. My dog is very sweet. She is a large dog weighing 65 pounds but is obedient and not difficult to handle. She said she was trying to get in between the dogs as if they were going at each other and the she pulled so hard at my dogs neck that her collar almost came off. While yanking at her she said she was trying to get her to go to the back so I took the leash and said, "Sugar is fine! Come on Sugar let's go." and of course Sugar obeyed me and went to the back calmly. The lady never knelt down and greeted my dog nor did she say her name or pet her. It's like the lady had ZERO experience with dogs. I do NOT recommend this company especially if you have a large dog.

Doggie Dos' professionalism and value make it the best shop around for pet grooming. Everytime Ive ever been in, it has been a wonderful experience and I will never use anyone else. Chrissy is a top of the line groomer and person.
