the repairman did not spend anytime diagnosing the problem, he ordered a part that did not repair the oven, he would not return calls, the person answering the phone promised that the repairman would come back and would say anything to get me off the phone. Stay away from these people, I just threw away over $300.00 and I still have the same problem as before.

Repairman was 2 hours late. Quote was twice that I had been quoted elsewhere. This is not a locally-owned company as it may seem from the local address. When I asked to speak to a manager, no one was available and the person answering the phone was unable to give me a manager's name. I left a message on two occasions but no manager ever returned my call.
