Provided by YP.comI have tried to discuss insurance matters with Judy and she was very rude and short with me. I have sent emails and also called to leave messages with NO return calls. She even HUNG UP on me during the one telephone call that I make to her that she actually accepted. This behavior is unacceptable and is not professional! I would not recommend this woman to anyone if you expect any kind of service or professionalism from an insurance agent.
To top it all off, all I was trying to do was assist my elderly parents in making financial decisions due to their fixed income!!!!
