Provided by YP.comThe nurses and nurse aid are treated like work horses!!! You can't have a nursing home without nursing staff and the maintnance people the administrator and the DON all act like there so high and mighty and they could do so mush better well I would like to see them try!!! They can't even call the residents by the right names and they talk bad about res. family once they leave they're HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First of all, I'm happy to note that the writer of the review acknowledges that the care delivered to our residents is good. I'm sorry that this individual's perception of the the attitude of management toward our nursing staff is so negative, however, I am not certain what would have prompted such a perception. Many of our nursing staff have remained with this facility for many years, despite the serveral opportunities to work in other facilities in the area.
