Provided by YP.comThis is the worst consumer experience that I've ever had. I'm in my mid 40s. The owner, an authorized technician for a major Korean manufacturer, repeatedly failed to fix my appliance, in part due to misinformation from the manufacturer. On several occasions, he showed up with wrong, broken, and missing parts. He was unable to fix one component after about six attempts. He invoiced me for labor involved in the failed repair, including after determining that he could never fix it. He also started an argument with me in my own house because he didn't like his secretary's report of a phone call. Poor mechanic, delusional sense of ethics, unprofessional.
