In a college town full of subpar property management companies Meadowlark is the most reliable and friendly encounter I've heard about yet. From day one they were informative and friendly when giving tours of their property. After signing my lease every maintenance request was handled nearly same day, and their staff was very courteous. I have never had a problem contacting or talking to management when I needed to, and they have kept our property in great repair. All and all, if you're scared of all the horror stories in Lawrence apartment renting, if you go with Meadowlark, you'll have an amazing experience.
