I have never written a review for any business before, but I feel compelled to say how much the Smiths and their business have meant to us through the years. This business is four generations strong, almost unheard of in this age of mergers and holding companies. And what does that mean ? It means that the Smiths have valued and protected their reputation for 80+ years, serving the Lavonia area with integrity and professionalism. Yesterday they spent the day at our house giving us back the hot water that we so badly needed. Looking for reliability ----and a lot of good-natured humor ? Call the Smiths..............
