I wouldn't suggest going to the weave bar. They are very unprofessional. Staff smoking pot during braiding, couple days after going to get my hair done a track came off. They don't sew straight it's very messy. And really hard to take down. Never going there again, it's definitely not worth what they are asking.

The first time I went there my hair was done very well. I gave them 2 stars today because they are not doing my hair well as they use to. They have had a new male hair Stylist and he does not know how to weave and to make matters worst he spends 3-4 hours on a weave. Clarissa and the other girl spends 2 hours only. They know how to weave, they have 0 customer care experience, No apologies when they are late. Also Clarissa can be eating, on phone, smoking etc in the process of doing hair.

I referred a relative over there, after 2 weeks, her hair was loose and 3 tracks came out.

An example of - 'no apologies when they are late'

One Saturday, myself and 4 others waited for just over an hour before they arrived and opened shop. They acted like nothing was wrong, no apologies, actually only one person showed up, the rest of us had to wait for another hour for another Stylist to show up. Its first come basis on the weekend but only one Stylist for 2 hour wait. Not cool.

I do not plan on going back. I found one Stylist that I go to now and I am happy with.

Currently there is no reviews on Weave Bar of Atl in Laveen so let mine be the first. My first experience was great!! Beautiful hair and Clarissa who put my weave in was off the chain with her skills, needless to say my first weave came out perfect. My second experience not so good. I ordered more hair for more fullness and length a week prior to my appt. I got to my appt on a Fri and no hair. My hair was reinstalled and I called Sat to see if the hair was in.....no hair. I was told hair would be in on Mon so I called Mon.....no hair. I was told hair would be in on Tue and left my number for them to call me when it came in. A month later no call and no hair. Bad business practice!! Another bad business practice is raising your prices without notifying your customers, kinda sneaky but some common courtesy on that would have been nice. This business has first come first serve on Sat and Sun and they are suppose to open at 10am but the owner didnt get there to open until around 1030 or 1045. Bad business practice!! Bottom line is make sure they have your hair before you take yours out and Clarissa does the best work.
