After reading several positive reviews, I decided to try Dan Marquardt of Do It All Handyman Services. HOWEVER, the reviews were from some time ago and now Dan is unreliable at best. Here's what happened, Dan convinced me to send him $45 as an advance to complete a small handyman job at my rental home. After not showing up the first week to complete the job, I contacted Dan and asked for an update. He informed me that he had hurt his back but would send a coworker to complete the job. Another week passed and still the job did not get started. This time I called and text Dan, but no responses to either. I waited another few days and sent Dan a PayPal request to have my $45 refunded to me. 3 weeks later I still have never heard back from Dan and I never had my money returned. I would recommend that you do NOT use Dan and look elsewhere for a different handyman.
