Jose's has had my vehicle for several months. Almost 6 weeks ago, they informed me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Upon arriving, I discovered parts missing off my vehicle, the inside not repaired at all, and glass fragments still peppered around the interior. My insurance company tells me that he is ignoring them and won't provide them with further quotes to fix my complaints.

I'm exceptionally pleased with the work done here. After a collision wrecked my front end, my vehicle looks AWESOME now! They were very "customer friendly" and answered all questions and addressed my concerns in a professional manner along with providing great attention to detail. My XTerra and I love what you did!!
