I would like to say I will never use UPS again, On July 24, 2013 I placed an order and paid 23.00 for 2 day service, After much run around, I finally had to pick up the package myself at Swietzer Lane. When I asked about a refund the person behind the counter gave me the phone number who she said was I people responsible for the lack of delivery, its the 800 number to UPS, who tell me its not there fault and I could not get a refund. So being disabled I had to pay someone to take me to swietzer lane and pick up the package. I have gotten nothing but the run around. I will never use ups or recommend them to anyone.
