WORST EXPERIENCE EVER,



The staff was nice but security was dicks and the food sucked..won't be going back.

My daughter attended a birthday party on Saturday afternoon. While the rink is old and outdated, I found the patrons to be very nice and well-behaved. However, unbeknowst to most of the skaters (kids), there was a lot of activity in the parking lot. There were arrests being made of hookers and I found out later that this area was a popular hang out for prostitutes. The music selection was poor (not a good beat for skating) and there were many lapses between songs. Since we have only lived in the area for 6 months, I did not know what to expect, but I will not be attending this rink again.

I hadn't been on skates for years but my son was invited to a 6 yr-old's birthday party here, They required our host to buy the food they normally serve there. She chose the pizza.....bad choice, though the kids tried to eat it. The cheese was good, The rink was nice but the carpet surrounding the wooden rink looked as old and worn as the building did when we drove up. The skates we rented looked about as old with what seemed to be solid steel wheels. Scary, One of the two pinball machines was not working and they were in a poorly lit corner. They would have been some source of diversion for parents who had to chauffer their children to the rink. Not.



We didnt stay long(45 min) since my first foray onto the rink resulted in a fall, avetring smashing a small child. I thought it was sprained but it was broken on one side and chipped on the other. People fall all the time so mgmt doesnt rush over to assist anyone or document every spill. They also have a scribbled note on the wall where you pay to enter- Skate at your own risk.



If you like rustic, old rinks, this is for you, but call before you go to make sure the little people arent having a party there.
