Called Justine's Thursday to see what they charge for Faux Loc Extentions, was told one price on the phone. Went to Justine's today August 17th had Faux Locs done paid a different price as quoted on phone. they set their prices as they go. Terrible job was not satisfied at all. The person who did my hair was very pleasant and nice. But, she did no justice to my hair, she left a lot of my hair out, I mentioned that and her response was "oh that's your hair" duh I already knew that. That's why I was telling her. The other workers were speaking in their language and they kept looking at me, I didn't feel comfortable. Wish I had not gone there. Do not go here to get your hair done. Never thought I would write any type of review but, I'm so disgusted and I am taking my hair out tonight. A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went once to take my daughter and NEVER went back. The braids were ok. I've definitely had better but what I couldn't get pass were the ROACHES crawling around like they were apart of the family. Up the walls, on the sofa, across the floor it was terrible. I put my purse in the trunk of my car so I did not take those little bugs home with me. My husband dropped our daughter off and I came a little later, but if I had seen this before they started I would have left. A few days later her hair began to unravel so I took her back. I couldn't believe they put nail glue....not even hair glue but nail glue on the ends so it wouldn't unravel. They haven't seen me since.

Don't go her ms Justine is nice but some of her employees are really rude. There's bugs crawling around and they are way to expensive.

Ms Justine is really nice and accepted my appoinment really late. I contacted via her about regarding my dissatisfaction and asked if she could do my edges over and she pleasantly asked me to give her a call. I am guessing she was going to do them over but I decided not to call.This is the only reason I am giving 2 stars.



I got my senegalese done by her 2 weeks ago and they look a MESS now. Twists are slipping out, Im guessing the parts were too big because hair is seeping through all over. My twist have started to unravel at the end as well. This is the only service I have gotten done by her. I see others have had positive experiences, I dont know what happened with me. I went to Justine becuase her prices were about $50 cheaper than the normal shop I go to but in the future I would rather cough up the $50 bucks that have my hair look they way it does. I would rather take them out than go to her every two weeks, putting stress on my edges over and over to get the normal 1.5-2 months of wear I normally get out of twist.



Again, I havent tried any of her other services but I would suggest you stay away from the senegalese twist.

She is doing an amazing job. Fabulous!!!!

You have nothing to loose, I recommend anyone to experienced her.

I wake up early this morning knowing that I am going to spend the whole day to have my hair done. When I arrived to Justine place, we spend some time discussing. I was a litle bite nervous, since I wanted it to be done quickly so I can work my overnight shift.

At the end, I found her advice usefull.

Before doing anything on you hair, she tries to explain you what is good for you regarding the color and size of your natural hair. More and more, she has a lot of knowledge about hair growing and health.

The most important surprise was the speed and the quality of the work.

At my work that evening, eveyone like my hair style. One of my friend when there 3 days later to have her dne and she has been satisfied too.

It would be interesting to heard what other custoners say about this shop, but I definetly appreciate it.
