THE MOST REASONABLE MECHANIC I HAVE DEALT WITH. Reasonable rates, never "finds" other unexpected "necessary" repairs. Talks with you for alternatives if any. Only one I trust in the area. Has repaired over 20 of my personal and work vehicles for me.

Coming to auto collision mechanics in Laurel was the work choice I could've made. They sold me a car, and the next day all these problems arose. Check engine light, stalling, car died so many times. Took it back and they claimed they'd fix it, still did the same thing. Took it to another shop, they quoted me thousands of dollars in repairs, more than the car is worth and I paid for the car. I asked him to just return the car, less than 30 days and 1000 miles. He's still giving the run around to this day and I'm a student with no way to get to school. Do your self a favor and stay away.

This has been my worst car repair experience to date! The owner "Allen Kwon" had my car for over 3 weeks for the "check engine" light. He initially claimed it would take 2 days to repair but 2 weeks later it was still sitting in his shop. I had to rent a car for 2+ weeks while waiting on him to finish my car. Just when he claimed it was working properly, I’d get back on the road and the check engine light would come on yet again!! Because I was in the middle of purchasing a new home I told him I could no longer afford to rent a car so he offered to let me drive his car until he was finished. As you can imagine, a mechanic's work car is oily/dirty/funky but I had no choice but to drive it because I was desperate. He later reimbursed me for half of the car rental fees and I was very grateful. When he finally finished the engine work on my car he told me my engine was good to go and that he even gave me a "free" tune-up. Yeah, right! Two months later the "check engine" light is back on. I was going to go back to him this weekend to figure out what the problem is but after some very unpleasant text messages I've decided to just take my car somewhere else. He was very unprofessional and angry so I’d be a fool to take my car back to him – his work cannot be trusted at this point!! I have all of my paperwork for the work he claimed to have done so I plan to go to a Mercedes-Benz mechanic for a second opinion. If they tell me he did not do what he claims to have done and doesn't reimburse me for the new repairs, I will be taking him to Small Claims Court. If this review can help but one person my job is done. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place if you have a Mercedes Benz that need engine work. The owner claims to know Mercedes-Benz cars but apparently does not have the expertise to repair them nor the professionalism to work with unsatisfied customers.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They claim to know Mercedes-Benz cars but apparently do not have the expertise to repair them!

I was driving to BWI airport when my check engine light came on and my car engine started cutting out. I exited at the nearest exit and luckily this repair shop was right at the exit. They went above and beyond, getting us to the airport and making sure we did not miss our flight. The owner called my cell with an estimate prior to us even getting on the plane. I checked with my regular mechanic, and he indicated the pricing was fair/competitive. I authorized the work, and it was completed when we returned from our trip. What they said they would do; they did. Allen and his folks were great. I would definitely do business with them again.

Auto Collisions & Mechanics Inc. has not only provided maintenance of my primary vehicle for the last four years, but also done repair work required from collision. I've compared prices with dealer estimates and determined that they are very reasonable in comparison. They also offer any assistance if necessary for reasonable commutes where and when necessary in the surrounding area. The owner is very pleasant and very accomodating. I would definitely recommend this business to others.

I have dealt with this business for many years for both small and large auto-body repair. They've earned my trust and admiration. From individualized personal attention, superior customer service and quality of workmanship I have yet to find a better shop. Prices are very reasonable too! I'm one of those people that wants everything done the way I'd do it myself - perfect. I'd hate to be my own customer because I'm so picky and demand so much from my service provider(s). Allen, the owner, has always seen to repairs that satisfy my high requirements. I would not hesitate one second to recommend this business. - JJ
