Visiting from Napa, where there are outstanding restaurants on every corner, we were unsure about a Peruvian restaurant here in the land of "early bird specials" and chicken salad. What a gem! It is in a mostly abandoned strip mall which it shares with a laundromat and two storefront churches, but we knew it was special as soon as we walked in. The decor is stunning, the food is better than we had in Miraflores Peru and far better than the Peruvian restaurants we have tried in Northern California.
