I absolutely love Martin Travel! I have been using them to book my cruises since 1990 (25 years ago, so they must have been new). I have been working with Marsha, but her co-workers all know me and have very personable conversations with me when I call for Marsha. Although I have never met anyone from the agency in person, I completely trust them with my travel needs. Marsha has literally seen me grow up. My first cruise she booked was right after I graduated high school and now she is booking my cruise with my husband and 6 month-old daughter. One of the things I love most about Marsha and Martin Travel is their tolerance. I book a family and friends cruise each year through Martin Travel. WIth such a large group of folks, there are so many changes, even up until the last week before sailing. Marsha is always patient with accommodating the changes, despite how frustrating it can be for her and even me. Each year, except for this year, we have had to make so many changes to my bookings and Marsha just teases me about it. She claims with all the changes that I owe her my first born (I didnt cash in on my debt LOL!) Anyway, I would highly recommend Martin Travel to anyone. They take such a great load off when planning a trip for a large party! I love you guys!!
