So I was just randomly assaulted in one of your location here in Florida 1599 state rd 7 Lauderhill Florida 33313. I was there having a business meet and this random guy comes up and pulls my pony tail not once but twice with staff and another patron watching. As I push him off and tell him to leave me alone he grabs and squeezes my face and hard. I shove his hand off me and the person I am with and myself start to stand as he starts punching the floor in front of us. Then cussed me grabs his book bag and walks out. I asked the staff to call the police and there response was ohhh if he comes back we will call. WHATTTT! I WAS PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED AND YOUR RESPONSE IS OH IF HE COMES BACK WE WILL CALL. SO IF AND WHEN HE COMES BACK HE CAN DO WORSE!! I immediately called 911 as my friend goes to ask if the security cameras work. The staff told her yes and that the man had also tried to steal coffee or tea from the display before coming to mess with us. So why wouldn't they kick him out of the store. How are your customers supose to feel safe????
