I got a menu for Dragon Village (by mail inside the "ValuPak") today and then checked them out on the state's website. They had been inspected last month and I felt confident enough with the results to order. I am pretty fussy & my husband calls me "Monk". Anyway, I spoke to a lady on the phone who was pleasant enough. She checked with a delivery driver to make sure they delivered to my community. I live in Tamarac within their limited delivery area. I placed my order and was advised it would be about 45 minutes. The delivery driver showed up just 25 minutes later. He looked very professional in his uniform polo shirt. The food looked & smelled great. It tasted very good, too. I was happy to see that the shrimp fried rice no only had plenty of shrimp, but I was able to see them without a microscope, too! Dragon Village is going on speed dial at my house as of today. The only thing that would have made the experience better ... if I would have been able to use the coupon, but it wasn't good before 3:30pm.

If you have ordered from here you know exactly what i am talking about. Anytime a gentleman answers the phone they are always happy and have excellent customer service skills. However I dread placing my order for my beef and brocolli when the not so friendly lady answers the phone. Both me and my husband decided we would just give up on them all together. ( you would think with all the construction,our awesome economic status and everything else going on they would like to keep they're customers ) sorry!
