We received estimates from four different companies. However, we were quite pleased with the price offered by these movers, and they appeared to be very prepared and experienced, so we chose them. I was concerned about getting an estimate over the phone. Everything about the transfer went smoothly, and we are really satisfied with our decision to hire Cousins USA Moving.

On the day of the move their foreman and his men showed up, checked out everything they had to move and got to work. The entire procedure seemed so professional and I noticed that these people do care about their customers! These guys were very professional and carefully protected and packed my furniture. The move at my new place went just as smoothly. These days, it is not often we get good customer service, and this company clearly prides itself on it. At the end of my move, the office contacted me to find out if everything went smoothly. These guys are amazing! Hire Cousins USA Moving and you will have no problems with anything regarding moving.

I had absolutely no trouble with this moving company. They are a very efficient and professional moving company in my opinion. I have moved with many moving companies in my days but I have never been moved like the way Cousins USA Moving has moved me. I hired them to move me cross country last month and it was so smooth and easy! I did not have to do a single thing and yet I was moved flawlessly. There was no damage at all! I won’t go to another moving company ever again! I got mine!

It was kind of a run against time. I just randomly called some companies and finally hired Cousins USA Moving because they offered me the best deal. I was really worried about the old furniture, fragile belongings, antiques, paintings and for the glass and crystal ware but when they delivered everything at the other end, I was relieved. Nothing was damaged or broken or missing, no overbilling and no delay. I have had the experience of long distance moving in the past. So I can say, if you want to go for a long distance move, then these guys are a very good choice.

They answered all my questions, kept me informed of all the movements of my crew, like the time of their arrival and so on. I am a cautious person when it comes to having unknown people in my personal space, but with this company, there were no awkward feelings or wariness. And even when I left, they were still able to produce diligent and excellent results. The delivery was made on time and honestly, I have nothing to complain about.

I knew that I could rely on them to do my move right. They have such skills and experience. They moved my brother last year and they were great. They did my move in a timely manner and made sure that all of my belongings were well taken care of. When I first spoke to their sales rep, he helped me and gave me a fantastic quote. The quoted price stayed the same which was excellent. Overall great people and great company! Highly recommending Cousins USA Moving!

Cousins USA Moving is truly very professional. They did everything systematic and precise. They were on time, took a look around very quickly and started packing. They brought all the necessary tools and used them wisely. The packing and loading was done before the estimated time which saved us some money. A different crew came for the delivery but they were just as good and efficient as the other crew. Fast, effective, careful and hardworking. Totally loved them.

Cousins USA Moving did a superb job moving us into our new house. They did a great job packing the house including the kitchen and showed great care and were very professional. They had great attitudes throughout the entire time and were very courteous even at the end of a long day of hard work. When we opened everything, we saw nothing was damaged or even slightly dented. Everything turned out pretty well. Good work.

This is the second time when we have used Cousins USA Moving and they have been just as good as the first time. We specifically asked for the same team and they provided the same men. They made the whole move incredibly fast and easy. The whole move was very well organised and everyone we spoke or dealt with did their best to provide us with their best service. I have already recommended them to my family who has already been visited by their surveyor and is now waiting for their quote. We have antique furniture and it is difficult to transport. They were very careful with everything and nothing was damaged in any way. They worked hard to get the job done but at the same time they had a calm, helpful attitude which helped me relax about my move. The price was fair and what we agreed upon beforehand. They were careful with delicate and expensive items. They were very happy to do the job and to ensure satisfaction. I would recommend them. I would use them again without hesitation.

I would love to use Cousins USA Moving again. My kids had such a blast this time. The guys were very friendly and well mannered. They even helped fix my kids' bikes. I wish I could use them for all my previous moves. Trust me, I had horrible experiences in the. But not this time! It was a painless and stress free move. Nothing was damaged, no missing. This was my first time hiring movers and it was SO worth it. One of our friends recommended Cousins USA Moving after having a great experience. Our lease ended on a Friday and started on a Saturday which they were able to accommodate .They called 30 minutes before arrival to let us know the expected timing. They sent a big team, all guys were super polite / friendly and extremely efficient especially considering we were on the 5th floor walk up at the end of a Friday night! All of our furniture made it through the move in perfect condition and no dishes were broken.

The boys arrived on time and packed everything carefully. They worked tirelessly around my house packing everything. It took no time to finish loading everything onto the truck.
