Called Total Care Dental now. DR Farrokhi is always late, and rough handler. Mom has tried 6 times to adjust her dentures and can't get it right. A cap he installed fell out after a couple months. Receptionist can not say who is the office manager to complain to.

I went to this office approximately 6 months ago for a cleaning. I have gone to this office prior for cleanings but six months ago was the worst!!!!. I had a gentleman prepare me to clean my teeth. He had a heavy accent and probably did not understand me, when I told him I had permanent retainers behind my front incisors; and that he needed to use a threader to floss between my two front teeth. This man forced the floss between my teeth, possibly causing the retainer to break as well as cutting my bottom lip with floss. He also did not know how to use the saliva suction machine well because he kept letting it slip from side to side in my mouth. When I informed him about cutting my lip, he stated that "your lip was already like that". I was very upset and I reported it to the staff and doctor. I don't believe he was reprimended for his action. I cannot change from this dentist office because my insurance will not allow me to do so until after August 08. After this last appointment, I will be making a change from this office to find another dentist.
