Usually do not write reviews but people should be warned. Embarrassed me in front of a medical student who was "sitting in" on our appointment, that I was paying for. Then said I was "fat" and if I lost weight I would not be depressed anymore and also told me to work on my character. Definitely a show off in front of other people. Avoid this "doctor" at all costs. He may smile in your face and make you feel like he cares about your well being but I can assure you he doesn't. The lady at the front desk was just as horrible.. "Please sir, pay now and then he will see you okay!" Mind you he put me on some medicine, which is known as "Kiddie Cocaine" and I had a really rough time trying to get off of by myself... Ridiculous excuse for a "medical professional".

First of all I would like to state that I encountered Dr. Braun after a great deal of internet research and thought that he would be the best person to suit my needs. I suffer from anxiety and depression and felt his medical specialty would be a great match. I should have taken warning when in the initial consultation he stated that "he would fire me" if I didn't cooperate with his methods. At a later time I was running late and working a very stressful job and he said "I am very busy myself" and that he "could not meet with me" despite that fact I ran out of my much needed medication. After I left furious he wrote me a letter stating that he would like to keep me as a patient. A few months passed by and I was able to get off the majority of my medications. Rather than applaud me, when he found out I was no longer going to have insurance he asked me to go to one of these non-profit centers to be "cost effective." What he didn't tell me is that there was a 3 month waiting period to get in. When I ran out of my medicine I called the office requesting an appointment due to my circumstance. At first they agreed to do this but he sent me a shady email stating that he would call in my prescription and that we should "stick to the original" despite my request to continue with him. This is highly unprofessional and unsafe to do someone on medication and he does not deserve to be in this business unless he changes his ways.

Dr.Braun is not only the best doctor I have seen and worked with, he is also extremely knowledgable and passionate about what he practices. He cares more for his patients than any other doctor I've known! I would highly recommend him to anyone!
