Seems like Weiss furniture likes to lie to it's customers. I wanted a coffee table and side chair tables that Nancy said they carried but it would take three weeks to get it to the store. After 4 weeks I called and was told rudely that it takes six weeks and they would call me when it arrived. Well, it is now seven weeks and they don't have my tables and have no idea when they are coming in. They now refer to it as a "special order" that takes 8-10 weeks. DON"T BUY ANYTHING AT WEISS FURNITURE!!!!!!

My wife and I purchase a coach, love seat & recliner this summer from Weiss. We wanted a fabric which had to be ordered. My wife was uncertain how the fabric would look in our home. Amanda assured us we could return within 90 days if we wanted to make an exchange. We liked the fabric however we thought we bought too much furniture for our living room. I called Amanda, within the 90 days she told us about to request and exchange of the love seat for a chair. Well......Amanda told me "no returns", not even for an exchange. This reminds me of used car salesman tactics, tell you what you want to hear to make a sale....then not deliver. Needless to say, we won't be purchasing furniture from Weiss or Amanda again.............
