I ride this cab all the time.driver Bruce is wonderful.he shows respect and is honest! He is truely one in a million.also i have never met monty who answers the phone is always polite and professional.

I've used this service for years since Greensburg HAS NO TAXI service. They are always wonderful. Thank God for these people.

Called for a Pick up at 1:15pm. I had a business meeting scheduled for 2:00pm and wanted to be sure I arrived in plenty of time. This allowed for an ample allowance of time to get to my destination. I called at Approx 2:25pm concerned that the driver did not arrive. The dispatcher said the Driver would be another 15minutes. I explained my dilemma and she exclaimed that I did not tell her I had a meeting to attend?????? It was at 1:55pm when I jumped in my own car a drove myself. I called again while I was driving to my destination and was told the driver was now in my driveway and knocked on the door, I of course was gone. I explained I could wait no longer and asked that they please take the Roundtrip charges off of my credit card. The man was extremely rude. Needless to say I was 15 minutes late for my meeting and very stressed by this experience. Will not use nor would I recommend this service!!!!

Are very rude. Will not let you talk to a sup0ervisor when asked.

Since Greensburg no longer has cab service (unbelievable) I had to call Veteran's for a ride to Giant Eagle since I can't carry $200. worth of groceries on my back uphill. To my surprise, they were pleasant, helpful, concerned, on time, and very sympathetic. Such a surprise from the treatment I've received from the system Greensburg has in place. Thank You from the bottom of my heart for helping people who through no fault of their own, can't afford a car. You are a Godsend.

This area need Uber!!! Veterans taxi has very poor customer service!! Their rates are extremely unreasonable! When I asked how much it would cost me too go 40mi I was quoted $103.. I called back and got a quote for 26mi they told me $103! They are taking advantage of people In the Blairsville, Indiana, Latrobe PA area. I suggest too anyone find a way out of these areas before you go!
