I cannot stress enough not to use this location for any loan need. I finished paying my auto loan over 5 months ago, and still do not have my title. First I was told they had transferred my loan to another location, just so that the other location could lose the title. Many phone calls and mailings later, they are telling me that they mailed me the application back to sign it over a month ago, but to the wrong address. The end of our phone conversation had them telling me that there is nothing they can do for me, that they have done everything I have asked for. All Ive been asking for, is my title.
