OWNER MADE IT RIGHT...AND THEN SOME:I should have posted this earlier. It seems I was quick to write about the bad but slow to write about the good and what the owner did right. OK so it took a while BUT the important thing is that NOT ONLYdid the owner Scott contact me, apologize and take accountability...which you don't find in many owners... He ALSO gave us the pick of furniture from his lot. TAKE NOTE: ...the even better news...the value of the furniture on his lot that he gave us was greater than the value of the furniture that we originally ordered. He did his best to go above and beyond what he needed to do to make things right with us. He has also assured us that handling of business matters will no longer go the way they did. I found him to be a man of integrity and his word. I hope my original post will not hurt the man's livelyhood.
