Absolutely wonderful. Came to the house when they said & now I'm interested in them putting a kitchen in for me. Very, prompt, honest & courteous. I had KSL replace my roof and unlike other contractors, the job was done on time and on budget. We had some minor issues which they addressed without a problem. They later did my neighbor siding without any problems!

KSL recently did some roof work and repairs for me and did a GREAT job!! During a series of very severe thunderstorms recently, my roof began to leak in one spot. I called KSL and Kurt had a crew there that day to put a temporary tarp over the area until he could do a permanent repair. They came back within a day or two to re-shingle the area that needed repaired and did a great job - no more leaks! He kept to his estimate for the work and his crew was professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to hire KSL for any repair or plumbing work in the future!

KSL was the only company to answer the phone at 2 am during a severe thunderstorm and then after the owner kurt answered he then came to our home and tarped our roof as it was flooding our master bedroom he then had our new roof on within 2 weeks funny cause when kurt came to collect we discussed our sewer line needing replaced kurt and one guy finished our sewer line recently and life has become at ease per say ksl will do your job way above what u would ever expect professional clean very driven owner who won't let u down and he never excepted a single penny until the jobs were finished great company. Just wanted to relate our experience with KSL and how pleased both my wife and I are with the recent remodel of the outside of our home completed by KSL.



Up to this point, I have done most of the interior/exterior work on our house. Needless to say, I am very meticulous about how things are done and use only highest quality materials - as this was the very first time I have used an outside contractor for any major work, I was a little wary as to the quality of work to be done and whether it would meet my standards.



As time progressed on the job, I found that there were no worries with the quality of work afforded by KSL. From the beautiful roof using architectural shingles, special 'KSL touch' of wide aluminum wrapped window frames, simulated carriage garage doors/Chamberlain Whisper Quiet belt drive openers, to the siding, front porch, and intricate aluminum work done - I could have asked for none better.



As I spent a lot of my personal time out with KSL workers thru out the job, I have first-hand knowledge of the dedication to quality work that they perform.



All involved showed great attention to detail (no matter how small) - and the result is spectacular! A special consideration goes out to Dan, who works magic with aluminum to realize perfect trim with no face nails and Shawn for the perfectly installed/adjusted garage doors and openers.



Special thanks and appreciation go out to all involved for their skill, dedication, and work ethic, sometimes working from early morning till dark to complete what needed done, even in cold temps and constant rain.



My property was thoroughly cleaned at the end of every day with no stray nails to be found, and on-site materials all neatly placed in one area thru out the remodeling process.



We are totally satisfied with the high quality of materials that KSL uses (Owens Corning Lifetime Shingles, Alside Siding Products, innovative Edge Vent, etc.) and comfortable with the fact that all work was completed by a local company. KSL high standards, followed up with his warranty, cut no corners and will ensure reliability for years to come. I enjoyed working with the owner (Kurt) personally and feel confident that I will use KSL in the future for other projects.



Cost of the job thru KSL was very moderate considering the scope and quality of work done.



I would be very happy to continue to give KSL my highest recommendations, and send more work your way as I have already done...

They said the expected rain would not be a problem if they got the underlayment on before it. They got the underlayment on before the rain, but the rain dripped through all over, ruining our painted ceilings. They said they would scrape and paint the ceilings, but when the roof was done, they never came back to do the painting. Plus, when they left, they threw a football around in the street for 20 minutes instead of picking up the food wrappers and soda cans they left all over the porch.
