I DON'T recommend Bob's Tree Service.

We had an appointment for him to come last Tuesday to give an estimate. An hour after the appointment time, we called to see where he was. He said a job went longer than usual, so he just wasn't going to come out. We rescheduled for the same time on Thursday. Thursday came, and Thursday went. No show, no call.

My time is valuable and I wasted two evenings sitting around waiting. I have money in hand to get this tree cut down and so far every tree service I have contacted either doesn't answer their phone, doesn't return the calls, their inbox is so full you can't leave a message, or they don't show up for the appointment.

Great professional service. I had several trees removed and the service was quick and the clean up was great. I would recommend Bob's Tree Service to anyone.

Contacted Bob's Tree Svc end of April. No response so contacted again June 24th. Got estimate and finally contacted me back and stated they would be out July 11th or 12th. Pinpointed exact day, took vacation day to only be informed at 11AM that they were NOT able to come due to emergency services - WASTED VACATION DAY!!!!!. Contacted again a couple days later, and he said he would be out following week - Tues or Wed, but I requested to be informed which day for sure. After this no other contact from him back. Left 3 additional voicemails and nothing in return. My thought is IF you want to own/operate a business go to school and learn what customer service is..... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! Waste of time

Really not worth the hassle. I received a bid and arranged for service. After not coming out when he said he would, he didn't return my phone calls. If you don't need my business, then don't waste my time. Thanks.

Another job well done. I have to tell you that BTS is one of the best tree services I have ever worked with. They are friendly and easy going. I had some work done last year and they had responded within 24 hours. This year bought some rental property, called about some work and they came out within a couple days. They work very efficient and very clean. I highly recommend them and will continue to use BTS. I also found out, which is a bonus, that he does trim your landscaping. I have a hard time and while BTS was here he did remind me that he is a certified in landscaping. THANK goodness. I love being able to deal with one person for a lot of my needs. You get to know BTS and you feel like they are family. Thanks again to BTS and his crew~Job well done.

If you are looking for a tree service, look no further. Bob beat all the other prices and the work was done promptly and professionally. Don't waste your time calling the others. I spent weeks meeting with all the other overpriced guys. You don't have to.



Bob's Tree Service cut down around 16 trees for us and we will definately be calling them back if we decide to clear out more.

I had them remove 3 trees and grind out the stumps. Work was professionally done and on time. His prices were far better than the other 3 quotes I got. Definitely recommend them and will use them again.

WOW is the word for Bob's Tree Service. Not only did they show up in less than a 24-Hour service call, they got the job done promptly. They are very friendly and very Reasonably priced. It was done professionally and all the CLEAN UP was done for me. I would recommend this tree service out of any in the local area mostly because they are down to earth people who don't treat their customers rudly and take a personal pride in the appearnce of your yard.

I love the add. Color stands out and grabs your eye. I would reccomend this tree service for fast professional service :)

Bob's Tree Service was exceptional in removing a large tree in my front yard. They removed all of the debris and I didn't have to do a thing!
