Available on the date I needed. On time for the appointment. Knowledge, professional and personable technician. Spent a good amount of time addressing problem areas. The price was good.

Anthony was great, he called 1/2 hour before he arrived, just as he said he would. He explained everything he’d be doing, and answered all of my questions. He wore protective booties to keep dirt away. He was efficient with his time and got everything done easily. My carpet looks much cleaner, hairball spots from my cats are gone! I’m looking forward to seeing how long it looks this way!

So, my carpet, sofa and loveseat were overdue to be brought back to life. I scheduled an appointment and every effort was made to work around my personal schedule.
Prior to the scheduled appointment I got a phone call from Tony letting me know he would be at my home in 15 minutes. Just so I knew everything was on schedule.
Tony set up and went right to work, working nothing short of magic cleaning my carpet bringing it back to its former self. My sofa and loveseat that I allowed my much loved Golden Retriever pretty claim as his own during his lifetime looked as good as the day Old Brick delivered the set.
Tony's level of professionalism and commitment to his craft was apparent during the appointment.
I would highly recommend Zerorez if and when you decide you need your carpet and upholstery cleaned. During the process I used the word Wow!! more than a few times.
After the job was completed the other bonus was there is absolutely no harsh chemical odor that is typical when having carpets cleaned.
So impressed, I plan to have Zerorez stop by a couple of times during the year to maintain the look my living room currently has going on.
