Ok, admittedly I don't like reviewing a business before using them at least several times for obvious reasons, but I had heard so many good things that I am positive that my consequential experiences will mirror that of my first. The owner is fast to act and very personable. On the surface he seems as if he may be a bit short in conversation, but I assume this is due to the amount of work he has created for himself. He won't push you out the door if you need to ask question though! I had every question answered to my satisfaction and more. The prices are more than reasonable considering the quality of work as well. Be aware, though. Cash or check only. No CC's accepted at this time. They are also only open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Had a wonderful experience at Camera Works in Latham. I had dropped my camera and broke the on board flash (Nikon D90). Allen took a gander at it and diagnosed that it was only the pop up flash that had been damaged. Since that was the only damage and I could use my speed light I went home with it and I waited until Allen could locate the part at a reasonable price. It took about a month but after he found one I dropped it off on a Wednesday morning and the camera was repaired by Thursday evening. Hats off to great service at a resonable price
