My name is Sue Villella and I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician, Pet Sitter, Dog walker and all around animal lover. I have been living in Las Vegas for 14 years with my husband, Frank, and our two German Shepard mixes, Dante and Vita. We also have a very high-spirited 10 year old cat named Georgie who is the love of my life. I incorporated my love of animals into a profession in 2004 when I started working at a reputable Veterinary Hospital in Las Vegas. I was employed as the head technician there. In 2006 I graduated, with honors, from the College of Southern Nevada with a degree in Veterinary Technology, and acquired my Veterinary Technician License. At the same time, I worked as a pet sitter under Lorrie DeNiro (previous owner of Zookeepers Pet Sitting in Las Vegas).Early 2012 Lorrie announced that she was moving to San Diego and asked if I would like to take over her pet sitting business. I officially took over ownership April 1, 2012. I continued to service the clientele that Lorrie spent years building. As well, I have taken on several new clients. It is truly a rewarding job.I am an active member of Pet Sitters International (PSI), Pet Sitters Associates, Pet Sit USA, and Southern Nevada Association of Professional Pet sitters (SNAPPS). I am licensed with the State of Nevada and the City of Las Vegas. I am Insured and bonded with Century Surety Company through Pet Sitters International. I believe I can offer services a cut above because I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician and because of the working relationship I have with 3 top-notch Veterinarians. This is an added benefit that I can pass onto you. If you are in need of an honest, mature, knowledgeable, and reliable Pet Sitter give me a call. I look forward to meeting with you and providing the best quality care for your pets.

As the other reviewers have written, you can leave your pets in Sue's skilled care and not worry about them a minute. Sue takes care of our two cats, one if which requires medication and TLC (this cat is a bit grumpy). She not only feeds and medicates, she plays with them. I always come home to well adjusted pets. She is very well trained and can handle emergency situations which might arise. Sue will do other household items for you like pick up the mail, water the plants, take out the trash. We love how kind she is to our two girl kitties and how easy she is to work with.

We have been using Zookeepers for several years and have never had any problems whatsoever. We travel the world and are often gone for two weeks leaving behind our three finicky cats who all have different eating habits and personalities. Sue has done a great job in taking care of our boys and they are always happy and healthy when we get home. We know that we can travel without a worry for the 'boys back home.' I would recommend her highly to anyone without hesitation.

I have been using Zookeepers for a few years and know my two cats are in excellent hands with Sue. She always sends texts to update me on how the cats are doing, and takes time to brush them, pet them and play with them. When I come home from vacation, the litter box is always clean, my cats have fresh food and water, and they look happy. I have complete faith that if there was an emergency with one of my cats, Sue would do whatever she needed to do to take care of them. It is nice having peace of mind while on vacation knowing my cats are being so well taken care of. I would recommend Zookeepers to anyone looking for a great petsitter!

Sue has been sitting for my pets for six years. She's taken care of my cats, rabbits, a fishtank, and even a very large grumpy iguana. She is skilled at medicating and as a licensed Vet Tech I know she is qualified. She takes extra time to give them loving, bring in newspapers, set out trashcans, do dishes, write notes, and I love getting the text on the first day we're gone letting me know she has come ....so reassuring! We travel carefree knowing that our babies are in good hands, and even more skilled hands than when we are home. Truly, they seem to act like we never left. No stress, no worries home-care....the best thing for everyone. Thank you Sue!!
