Great business, well managed. Victor runs a great auto repair shop, very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

this place is a joke! they are keep guessing what could be the problem!? the weird owner Samir is really a dumb guy! dont take your car there unless you wanna pay hundreds for nothing.

they checked my car and said if i want to have the work done it would cost an additional $75.00 a hour. not what the coupon said it would cost.

My brakes were making a squeaking noise, so I stopped in as they had a HUGE sign advertising a $169 brake job...INCLUDING rotors, right on the sign!! Well, after looking at my car for over 3 hours trying to figure it out, they finally told me I needed front pads and rotors, to the tune of a WHOPPING $569.98...on a regular Toyota Corolla!! WTF, said I! Then, they told me I couldn't leave, as it was unsafe, so I finally agreed to have them fix it. They then suggested 2 CV drive axles, that I just had replaced at the dealer, and after all this, the brakes pull violently to the right ever since they finished the work! They spoke clear English there...right up to the point I brought the car back for the pull, then the language barrier appeared! Unbelievable! Steer clear of this house of bumbling idiots, well, that is if you can steer after they touched your car!

My KIA has been in their shop three times now and I am very impressed with their service. I live far from where I wotk so I need to trust a shop that they'll finish my service the same day, something the dealer could not do. My first visit there I had my brakes replaced, and the new ones are great. Second time I had the car overheat and quit on me on the freeway. It was towed there and repaired the same day. Third time the KIA fails me again [The car has a 100K mile warranty that never covers the problem.] the owner of the shop, takes the time to explain the problem, research options for fixing it, and keeps you in the loop about what is happening. When a part was not available to repair it the same day he even loaned me his car so I could get home. Honest, small town, outstanding service. For anyone old enough to know what the reference is at our office we call his shop the "Mayberry Auto Repair".

I was driving around with squeaky brakes when I passed Tassajara Tune and Brakes and made the quick turn into their driveway. No waiting, and they offered coffee, water and scones while they did the inspection. Had the front pads replaced and the rotors turned and a couple of cracked belts replaced. Rather than waiting for my car, they drove me home, and picked me up when it was done. They gave me estimates on when I should replace the parts that were still good (air filter, transmission, etc.) which I knew did not yet need replacing, and even rectified an error in the bill without me having to point it out. Courteous, convenient, quick, and comparable labor/parts cost. I will bring my other vehicles here in the future.

They zipped my car in and zapped it out in no time at all. This had to be the most pleasant automotive experience I have ever had, bar none. I was greeted promptly as I entered their very clean, comfortable and inviting lounge, offerred fresh coffee, cocoa, cookies, ice cream, and provided with current magazines and free wifi. What beats it all though was the price, $19.95 for an oil change! I'm going back there for sure and sending my friends as well.

I dropped in to see if they could take a quick peek and see if it was important. They diagnosed it for free in 15 minutes, fixed a small vacuum hose leak and charged $25 only. New management, lower prices, better service, very pleasant customer lounge. I demand service at a fair price, and this place delivers. That's how it should be :)
