This has to be by far the worst "big" purchase I've ever made! Buying a car is one of the most exciting yet nerve wrecking experience. At first my vehicles ac went out not even a month in.. then to find out that the gas pumps needed replacement. I've been dealing with the manager Britney going back and forth. They want to charge me for the fuel pumps. First they said $300 for used parts, then $500 for new parts, finally $900 to fix it and have warranty for one year for anything else moving forward. That issue was there prior to the purchase of the vehicle. However because I dont know about cars they took advantage of me. From the moment I first turned on the car it had a crank I didn't know that was an issue up until someone told me at a gas station a month and half later after my purchase. Keep in mind I'm leasing the vehicle and I have to deal with them until I'm done paying for the vehicle. My vehicle has stopped in the middle of the street. Now I risk getting in an accident. DO NOT BUY HERE!

This business needs alot of customer service training. The office is dirty. The guy Peter y Dereck is very unprofessional.. The front desk lady was ok and the repo lady was cool. We had came to a agreement and they re nig on me. I was just shopping for my sister, as i was gonna provide the down payment.
