The staff here is very unqualified, unprofessional, incapable and incompetent. They were constantly calling us up at work to come and pick up our 3 year old daughter because she would occasionally throw a fit at nap time. You would think that day care staff would know how to work with a 3 year old, but when I asked why they were always sending her home, they answered that it was because it would be illegal for them to use restraints on her. WHAT??? Restraints??? For a 3 year old who almost always says please and thank you, and is always willing to sit quietly and look at a book? How does that thought even enter the mind of someone who is supposed to be a day care professional? The bottom line is that these people either don't know how to do, or just don't want to do the job we paid them for. This day care might cost less than others, but there's a lot of reasons for that. There is also no security there at all. The door is even unlocked all of the time and any one at all can just walk in there and harm your child.
