The maintenance people STEAL. The office staff are shady. They tell people that their apartment will look like the floor model they show them... but then on move-in day they give them a broken-down apartment with nothing that works! Be particularly cautious if you happen to be a "white" person or a non-latino person because the office staff and maintenance people are completely RACIST. They will throw your laundry out of the washer, and STEAL your belongings, car, transportation, and anything valuable that you may have (even if you don't have much)! They are very disrespectful and rude to non-Spanish-speaking people, and the maintenance men are extremely lazy! If you have to have repairs done, you will make several calls and make several appointments only to be let down and lied to by the office staff! DON'T GET TRICKED INTO THEIR SMILING FACES AS YOU SIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT! The people that run this property are totally UNPROFESSIONAL!.... And this review doesn't even begin to touch on the ROACH PROBLEM!

Don't go based on reviews. Remember most people write reviews who are angry because happy customers don't take the time because they are happy. There are over 500 apartments in this community. I moved in August 2, 2011. The apartments are great. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. Pet fee is really large and they are allowing me to make it in two payments. Most apartments will not do that. Best office staff at any apartment I have ever lived in. 5th complex first in Las Vegas. I had a few issues like a poor shower faucet but it was replaced with a really nice one within 24 hours. I think the negative reviews are from unhappy people. If you don't like the place move out but don't trash the community with negative reviews that are not true. This is one of the nicest complexes on the west side for the cost. The units are very quiet. My neighbor has a dog and I believe one lives under me too. I never hear them except when outside my front door.

This place is the the slum of slums. I would not recommend the Wynn Palms to anyone even if I were paid to. I have lived many places through out the years and I have never experienced anything of this nature, the projects located in Watts, California looks like Beverly Hills compared to the Wynn Palms. I have been living here close to a year and my lease won't be up soon enough so that I can get out of here. The problem begins with the lies that you are given regarding the property, the pictures that are shown inside and out and all lies. The units are very nasty I watch people move out all the time and the only cleaning that takes place is the paint touched up on the walls and the carpet get dyed dirt on top of nasty dirt. There has been no hot water since I moved into this place, in order to get hot water you have to turn on all the water in your apartment let it run in hopes that you may get a little warm water. The grounds look like a dump yard for the city, the trash bins smell so bad that we are infested with flies to the point you can't open your door nor windows mind you there are no screens on the windows so you can't even allow your apartment to air out at any given time. The air conditioner is broke more than it works. But the worst of worst is the high level of Home Break Ins and The Selling of drugs on the property, I have seen more police officers since living here than I have in my entire life time, the police are on this property anywhere from 6-10 times daily. Again before you consider moving here please shop around there are much better places for the same price and make them show you exactly what your apartment is going to look like before you move in pictures mean nothing in this case because what you see is not what you get.
