02/15/2017 This company may do window cleaning but the owner assured me they also do solar screens. I would not recommend this company, very unprofessional service. The owner promises 10 additional things all in writing all over the contract, which should have been a clue of unprofessionalism. It took three days for installation, because they did not bring all the solar screens the first day. After installation on the second day, I mention that the grids in the solar screens were not aligned with the grids on the windows.The installer told me that the grids on the solar screens were lined up with the window and that was as good as it was going to get; when I mentioned that the owner told me that they would be aligned with the grids on the window; he (realized) stated that the grids can be adjusted; the grids were adjusted to their liking and then to mine (forgetting the customer is always right). The installer was constantly answering his cell phone from the office, the owner showed up and came into my home screaming about the installers taking the time to adjust the grids and I reiterated what he told me; the screens would be aligned. One solar screen could not be adjusted because the grids were nailed to the solar screen and the grids were totally off from the window. I told the owner that I was not satisfied and the screen was unacceptable, he continue to scream and told the installers to remove all the screen and that he was going to take me to court because I was a difficult person to deal with.

These guy's came out promptly and did an outstanding job on my house.My windows and blinds look fantastic,better than new.I even had them do my build me new solar screens.I even signed up to be on schedule for every 6 months.

I have never used their services. I have seen them in action and I can't believe how professional they looked and acted. For them to be in business for 20 years speaks to there quality and professionalism. So if you are looking to get you're windows cleaned, bug screens built or repaired, solar screens built or repaired, or have any power washing done I would look no further then this company.

I was actually at a friends house while they were cleaning the windows. I couldn't believe how professional and courteous they were. They showed up in uniform, well groomed and mannered, they did an amazing job on her windows. I will be calling soon to sign up myself. Can't wait.

They were very professional and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were very detailed with the window cleaning and very careful with the pressure washing. They are friendly, clean cut, and worked hard. I dont what else is better.

They have to try them at least once. Once they see how clean they can get their windows and mirrors they will never clean them themselves. They were on time and so friendly. I even requested some extras and they helped me out with no questions and just added to my bill. I would recommend them time and time again.

My windows were messed up from the lousy painters I had hired they left paint all over my windows.I called Window Bright and they were here in a timely fashion.They did an outstanding job removing the paint and cleaning my windows inside and out.Plus they repaired two screens that the panter's broke. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their windows cleaned.

Not only do I question the integrity of this company, but not one of it's employees can pass a drug test. A uniform and a job doesn't make a man sober. I have read some other reviews about guys being from prison. We let these people in our homes. Ive heard the workers talk about their receptionist andrea and how they were sharing her, she doesn't know she's getting played. Real literacy and education there. The gossip about her starting rumors about the owner raping her and others and she's sleeping with the owner to so he's stuck on her side so his wife doesn't find out. What kind of company is this? Not to mention my windows were great but screens were horrible. They skipped the upstairs and charged me for mirrors and then didn't finish. As they left I saw them pocket the money. I wouldn't reccommend them to anyone. I don't even want them to come back to fix anything.
