I have a 68 year old mother who lives there and her lease expires the first of the month. She went to pay her rent and renew her lease and was told that they would not renew her lease due to the fact that her 20 year old grand son lived with her and they were trying to switch over to sr citizen apartments. well she made arrangements for her grand son to move. she went back to them and said ok hes moving in a sr citizen you have never had a problem form me and my rent is always on time can i renew my lease. They told her no that they would issue her a 30 day no fault eviction and because she was over the age of 60 and is disabled that they my give her an additional 30days provided she put in a request in writing. which she did and still dosnt know if she got the other 30 days to find a new place. I tried to talk to them explain that her dr issued them a letter that stated she cant move or do anything strenuous for 6 months and could they please just give her a 6 month lease so her knee could heal and id be happy to find her a place within that 6 months and get her out. they told me no. I asked why if there have never been any problems from her and that they have always gotten their rent on time why they could accommodate this reasonable request. they told me they did not have to give me a reason and that she had to be out and that was the way it was. I was so upset that i called channel 13 on your side and they gave them the same run around. what kind of soulless heartless people would throw a disabled 68 year old woman out of her home during the holiday season when its the hardest time to find a place and on a fixed income to boot. My advise rent from any one but them so your loved ones dont have to go through this type of horrible injustice.

The manager of this complex Alanah Rill, is a person that if you are not a person of age she takes you out. Beside she is not a good manager, she only make "favors" to the people she likes.
