Provided by YP.comThey wrote my prescription incorrectly three different times. It will be 2 weeks on 9'9 that I was in the office and charged an office visit fee for writing a 90 day prescription. It is still not straightened out. I will be calling the office again today, for the 5th time, placed on hold to wait for someone to correct this again.
