The first time i went to pick out my glasses the lady helping me was not friendly at all she was just plain rude not even a smile on her face, she didnt explain to me the options or anything, made me just leave and come back the next day, so than a guy named Ryan R helped me out and did explain to me which one was better but charged me twice for my lens and i didn't noticed until i got home and now i have to go back again to get a refund ����
