BEWARE!! Service mgr, Ryan, advised prior to servicing our vehicle that the oil change would be one price but attempted to charge us more without logic. He proceeded to state that it required more oil despite the previous two oil changes there required less than he proclaimed. His presumptuous & unprofessional demeanor is a disservice to our local Walmart that we frequent. He disregarded the principle of quoting a specific price and honoring it. His irrelevant response of the cost being a little more was futile. Nevertheless, he should have consulted with me prior to rendering service as a result of a cost discrepancy. Customer service training is advisable as he did not exemplify EXEMPLARY customer service as a manager. After debating for over five minutes, he consequently resolved the issue by waiving the unbenounced extra charge. However, it should not have gone to that extent...
