EDUCATION Andrew Wang, MD, graduated with his Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from University of California, Los Angeles. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and completed his residency in radiation oncology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. AREAS OF SPECIAL INTEREST Dr. Wang treats all cancers and has a special interest in radiosurgery and brachytherapy. EXPERIENCE Dr. Wang is a radiation oncologist at Comprehensive Cancer Centers, bringing the most modern experience in technology and procedures to the practice. Prior to joining Comprehensive, he was a radiation oncology resident at the William Beaumont Hospital where he served as chief resident from July 2017-July 2018. His research and findings have appeared in a number of publications including the Journal of Neurosurgery, the Journal of Neuro-Oncology as well as Physics in Medicine and Biology. PERSONAL Dr. Wang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. He enjoys tennis, basketball, travelling to new places and trying new restaurants with his wife.
