You guys are EXCELLENT! My boyfriend eventually told me it was here he bought the flowers when he proposed. I received two dozens of GORGEOUS roses each printed with the letters "will you marry me" I would be happy to have you as my florist for our wedding. I am 110% satisfied with the customer service and with the buying experience online. You really went the extra mile to deliver my flowers and even figure out where my fiancee was a guest. So I am very happy about that.

I received these flowers while I was celebrating my birthday in Las Vegas from my Boyfriend. The flowers were beautiful BUT the teddy bear that came with it was very cheap and unfortunately the chocolates were expired, by 4 months. When he called them to tell them (not asking for a refund), they got very defensive and said we made a mistake, and they would NEVER do that. Everyone makes mistakes, just apologize... we didn't ask for our money back. So, I would recommend this place for flowers, but nothing else, because they did tell us that they got their cheap teddys and chocolates from Walgreens anyway. I rate places according to customer service.

I WENT ON TO THIS COMPANIES WEBSITE TO BUY FLOWERS FOR MY GIRL. I PICKED AN ARRANGEMENT FOR $59.99 BECAUSE IT STATED "Free same day delivery - No taxes or any extra charges $59.99 (price credit card charge)" I TRIED TO CHECKOUT TO FIND OUT THAT THERE IS AN $11.99 DELIVERY CHARGE AND $5.86 IN TAXES. I HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING DELIVERY OR TAXES BUT YOU CAN NOT SAY YOU DON'T CHARGE FOR THEM AND TURN AROUND AND CHARGE THE FEES ANYWAY. I CALLED AND THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE AND TOLD ME IT WAS A MISTAKE AND THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE STATEMENT ON THEIR WEBSITE. SHE THEN TOLD ME THAT THE FLOWERS I WAS ORDERING WAS SOLD OUT. IT SAID AVAILABLE FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY ON THE WEBSITE. WHAT A JOKE, FLOWERS SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD TO BUY. GO SOMEHWHERE ELSE AND DEAL WITH A REAL FLORIST NOT A FLY BY NIGHT THAT FALSE ADVERTISES.

Saturday, September 12th. My sister and I were looking for a florist for her wedding. We never been to his place and the location was in a very bad area. We walk in and the lady was nice in the beginning and asked what we needed help with. So we told her that we needed to see what jobs they've done for weddings (it is only common sense to look at what they've done before my sister agrees on which florist to hire.) So she gave us a book and kept asking us more questions. She keep bringing up that we need a consultation first before anything else and all we wanted to do was look at their previous work. So my sister and I started looking at pictures and she kept bugging us, gave us an attitude. The lady then said "Can I give you some advise on what to ask while you're on your consultation?" then we said no we're just looking at your books. Then she gave us the biggest attitude stating "All I wanted to do was help you out with your consultation!". So the lady walked outside to smoke a cigarrate and as soon as she cleared the door we also left the store. She was very RUDE and doesn't know the meeting of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I guess she does know is how to loose a potential costomer!



Please DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST....VERY POOR IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY RUDE!

I hadn't really ordered flowers before, but found them online & called and told them the occasion & an idea of what i wanted. Later that day my girlfriend called RAVING!!! of how beautiful her flowers were. Easy to order online!, the best !

Thank you so much. It pays to use a local florist familiar with the quirks of a destination city. We previously attempted to use the teleflora website and the flowers not only failed to be delivered, but we were not notified that they wouldn't be sent. So thank you so much for your professionalism and care.

My boyfriend was having the flowers delivered to me at my work. They could not find the location and would not deliver to the office I am in. Instead of calling him , they called me. I had no idea I was even getting flowers. When I tried to tell them where I was located the woman was very rude and even asked me to come get them myself.

My boyfriend ended up having to cancel the order .

Easiest online purchase I have ever made. I was expecting the delivery by mid-afternoon and at lunch they were delivered. The arrangement was fantastic, I will definitely use VIP Floral again. Thanks a bunch.
