It's so funny how I know people who have written reviews about this awful complex, reviews that NEVER get published. So, I'm not sure if this will make it out there, but it's only fair to at least attempt to warn people about these apartments. The rent may seem affordable, the location ideal and management may seem nice, but everything is not as it appears with this complex. You WILL pay more than what your rent agreement says, anywhere from $25-$100. Management will say it's for water, trash, and sewage but will not be able to properly explain how each category is measured and billed. Junkies roam the place at all hours. Cars get broken into on a weekly basis. Do yourself a favor and find some place else. You won't get peace of mind here.

Great space, I thought it was goint to be temp, but is going to be 2 years next month, Very Happy living!! I pay Good price and got a deal to move in!! I will stay for another years, I am getting my carpet shampoo again, !!!

Affordable Prices !!!! nice and clean units I was looking to be close to stores and bus line, and is walking distance. they have computer for residents to use, I paid $445 with water, sewer and trash , to me is a very good price.
