I've been sitting on this review for over a month because I didn't want my anger & heartbreak to compromise the integrity of it. I got married May 16th, 2015 at Victoria's. My wedding was absolutely gorgeous & my memories from that evening are wonderful. We went with the standard options & added our own touches. Unfortunately, I don't have one photo of my special day that I would be proud to display in my home. I should have know when our photographer (the one provided for us by Victoria's) informed us he had never photographed a wedding before & our wedding was his "audition" for the venue. We were informed that our "professional" photographer would take us out for 30 to 45 minutes to the best places on the property for photos. He took 6 pictures of my husband and I at 3 different locations, including the altar. He took a handful of photos with our wedding party & one photo with each of our families. Fifteen minutes later we were at cocktail hour! He didn't capture all the little details that my mom worked so hard on, like my brooch bouquet, the gorgeous thumb print sign that all our guests signed, the handmade favors, the tables with the glowing candelabras, rings, gift table or an in focus photo of us cutting our cake. He was kind & enthusiastic, but never posed us or took time to assure my train was laid perfectly. He didn't take us to "all the best places" and did not take beautiful photos that were in focus. We paid the extra $800 to get a disc & the rights to all the photos, thinking they would turn out beautiful. We paid Victoria's for a professional wedding photographer. That is not what we received. We can never replace the photos we missed out on. When we confronted Brian (co-owner/manager) he was completely unapologetic and indifferent. He already had our money. Why should we expect him to care? Victoria's did not hold up their end of the contract and we ended up getting screwed.
